Event hours: 19:30-21:30

Located right next to Megaro Mousikis, Eleftheria park rises over the Vassilissis Sofias avenue, inside a beautiful cityscape made up of embassies, hospitals and buildings of neoclassical and modern architecture. Eleftherios Venizelos’ statue, a piece of art by the sculptor G. Pappas, is the park’s trademark. Four stone buildings are located on the back of Eleftheria park, full of grass and colorful flowers, and are considered landmarks because of their rich history; during the military dictatorship they were used as penitentiaries to hold and  torture anti systemic democrats. Right next to the museum, the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Athens hosts independent and collective art exhibitions including paintings, sculptures, engraving, photography, video art etc.

The cinematic composer’s chamber music ensemble with a distinct mediterranean hue is almost upon the  20th year since its formation and will present the albums “European Taxim I&II”.Eirini Toumpaki’s voice brings new horizons to the band  with songs of love from the new collaboration between her and Marios Strofalis called “Mystikos Kipos”.
