DESCRIPTION:A rare chance to experience both sacred and secular instrumental music from the 18th century\, performed through the works of two of the Baroque era’s most important composers: G.F. Handel (1685–1759) and A. Corelli (1653–1713). This concert explores how sacred music influenced its secular counterpart\, with pieces in forms such as Trio Sonata\, Concerto Grosso\, overtures from oratorios\, and a church organ concerto.
