Products of the Greek land and recipes with the signature of Shedia Home, accompanied by carefully selected wines from Ktima Kyr-Yianni, with the valuable coordination of Wine Style and Stefanos Kogias dipWSET.



Ceviche with sea bream marinated in citrus juice and mousse made with Cretan avocado with spearmint and red Florina peppers & small tart with cheese mousse and a dressing of lemon and olive oil scented with capers

Crustless pie with wild boiled greens and herbs and a vegan yoghurt sauce with dill and lemon & Ladenia Kimolou (a traditional type of flatbread with tomatoes and onions made in the Cycladic island of Kimolos) on Greek pita bread with fresh oregano and feta cheese pesto

Grilled courgette with goat cheese and caramelised pistachio nuts & Semifreddo cheese terrine with nuts and bitter orange marmalade
