A two-hour experiential Capoeira and Samba workshop for the whole family that introduces participants to Brazilian culture. Starting with the instructions of Contra Mestre Dudu, participants experience a holistic Capoeira experience with all its elements: rhythm, music, movement and games. Afterwards, Gislene Ausech Antonucci guides the audience in a first contact with Samba dance and the dynamics of the body.
