Guided Tour to Rizokastro and Anafiotika

Michalis Giohalas takes us to tour of the neighborhoods of the Acropolis. Rizokastro and Anafiotika are two of the most historic areas of Athens. Guided by the monuments and buildings that have survived to this day and the ruins of others that no longer exist, we will attempt to reconstruct the memory and image of a city that is not completely lost. We’ll listen for the echoes of beliefs, myths and legends – all the ancient stories that might still survive.
