Strong Me: 3rd Festival for the Prevention and Elimination of gender-based violence

Strong Me Festival returns for the third consecutive year, with the aim to raise public awareness on the prevention and elimination of gender-based violence.

More than 55 organizations will join forces to inform the audience on the phenomenon of gender violence, which has evolved into a major social issue during the last years.

Visitors will be able to participate in open discussions, sport activities and theatrical performances.

The three-day event will also host renowned personalities from the fields of culture, arts and sports.

Events include an exhibition titled “Bloody Portraits” by artist Dimitris Asterios, a performance by stand-up comedian Aristotelis Rigas, the “Goal to sexism” football project and a concert by Evridiki and Mple.
