Can the Museum trigger the whole family’s imagination?

Two parallel interactive tours of the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation Collection for adults and children aged 5+.

The museum invites children and their families to discover the magical world hidden behind the unique works of art of the museum’s collection through a series of activities for the whole family.

During the tours, all family members will visit the four floors of the museum’s permanent collection to hear about the works of art that are on display. Following the instructions of their guide, they will also take part in a series of group and individual activities inspired by surrealist games and “slow looking.”

The family guided tours focus on participation, personal experience, and free expression. They have been designed to create a shared experience based on interaction that enables all family members to get acquainted with the works of art.
