This activity is only available in the Greek language.

The tour starts from Agios Dionysios in Kolonaki. We will walk through the small streets below Lycabettus to absorb the atmosphere of the unique and aristocratic houses of the area.

Our path will bring us to Agios Isidoros, a picturesque little church with a touch of historical charm. As we continue walking upwards, we will pass through a shady wooded part of the hill before climbing the stairs to the small church of Ai Giorgi.

From the plateau at the top, the urban landscape spreads before us, dotted with the emblematic landmarks of the city. Our route down unfolds through a serpentine staircase overlooking the east of the city and ends at Dexamenis Square in Kolonaki. The square was once a meeting point for poets and scholars, and is now home to small cafes and Hadrian’s Reservoir that once supplied the city with water.

Enjoy the fusion of history, nature and urban charm on this special walking tour, where every step reveals the beauty of the Kolonaki neighborhood and the delightful Lycabettus Hill.
