This is Afrobanana x Athens

Music, art, and food with the label Made in Cyprus. Athens will get a small taste of Afrobanana, the most famous Cypriot festival at This is AfroBanana x Athens. The event showcases Cypriot culture through live performances by leading Cypriot artists such as Monsieur Doumani, Julio Komboloi, Vanesha, Afrofox and others.

In collaboration with Animafest Cy, the public will have the opportunity to watch animation films by Cypriot creators in five specially designed screening units.

In terms of food, the multi-awarded Patrikon restaurant will offer imaginative dishes.

The activities take place with free entry in Neos Kosmos at the Park of Mayor Dimitris Bei. The space is inspired by the intangible cultural heritage of the Lefkara community in Cyprus, while the event will adopt practices that promote sustainable consumption.
