A one-of-a-kind experience for both young and old fans of the most popular shadow puppet character in Greek folklore. Authentic artifacts from a rich tradition showcase the life and work of renowned Karagiozis puppeteers in a historical journey from 1890 to 2000.
Ten art installations, ten suitcases filled with real exhibits such as puppets, backdrops, tools, manuscripts, and rare recordings—offering a deep dive into this fascinating history and the joy of discovery.
The exhibition is accompanied by the performance "Karagiozis the Ecologist."
