In the context of This is Athens – City Festival activities, you are invited to the Fitness Fun sessions.

The event is open to the public and will take place from 18:30–20:30 in the heart of Athens in one of the most popular green spots of the city.

The specialized coach Vassiliki Sarparki will welcome you to participate in those Fitness Fun activities, under the blue Athenian sky.

Vassiliki Sarpaki is a graduate of the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Athens. Due to her long-standing relationship with ballet and gymnastics and due to her firm belief, that prevention is the best treatment, she has been actively involved in fitness and wellness courses since 2014. Studio One Certified of Dance diplomas (free style, contemporary), Group Exercise Leader (Group Resistance Training and Group Cardio Training), Power Cycling Training, Pilates Instructor.
